John Denver was a superstar performer who influenced millions of people through his songs of pop-folk and many of them inspired by Colorado. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. was born Henry John Germandorf at Roswell in New Mexico fell in love with Colorado. He settled in Aspen. Denver's national anthems to his adopted state has drawn a lot of people to Colorado. G. Brown of the Colorado Music Hall of Fame declares that John Denver is unlike any other performer who has the recognizable image of Colorado.
